When tattooing does the ink spread in the skin alittle bit or not?
When getting a tattoo does the ink spread alittle bit in the skin or does it just simply not spread alittle?
Tattoo ink can blow out, it really only happened when the skin is thin (elbow, shin) and how heavy the Tattoo Artist hand is. It doesn’t get very bad though
