Is it possible for a white scar to be covered by a skin tone tattoo?

I have this old white scars since I was 10. And I really need to get rid of it. I see tattoo is the solution for my problem. Do you think skin tone tattoo exist? Will it cover up my scars? I need help! Please!

it is possible but not recommended because
1)it may look alike but your skin n tat colour have slight variations if you go anywhere n that part is expose to the sun or light it is very visible to see the difference
2)after 10 years , the ody will start to take in posion chemicalls from the tattoo
i recomend you 1}go plastic surgery
2) dont do anything coz looks are not from the outside they are from your personailty
