If you just want to draw the designs, draw them. If you are asking for a way to create the feel of a tattoo machine without the machine, you can’t. Are you wanting to learn to tattoo and do it professionally? If so, develop a portfolio and find someone who will take you as an apprentice. This question almost sounds like you’re wanting someone to tell you how to make a homemade machine so you can tattoo yourself and your friends. Creative, but we see right through it.
